Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product. This right is granted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen). You may return the product without giving a reason during this period.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

3. Return of Products

You must return the product to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the product before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a trackable delivery service. The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible, and in a condition suitable for resale.

4. Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the returned product or proof that you have sent it back.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

5. Deductions

We may make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. For example, if you have opened sealed packaging unnecessarily or used the product beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you have rights under Swedish consumer law. Contact us promptly at office@wrizelonsvyxaron.world with details and, if possible, photographs of the defect. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer repair, replacement, or a full refund. We will respond to your claim without undue delay.

7. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. We will refund any payment already made without undue delay. If we have already dispatched the product, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal as described above.

8. Business Customers

If you are purchasing as a business (not a consumer), different terms may apply. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to business-to-business sales. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
